Clinical Dietitian

About This Role

Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in a senior living setting for Morrison Living, enhancing patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care within a collaborative team environment. This role involves nutritional assessments, individualized care plans, and continuous education for patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
• Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
• Contribute to Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
• Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
• Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience preferred, new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
