About This Role

As a Clinical Assessment Specialist (BCBA), you will conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans for clients. This role involves maintaining ongoing clinical oversight, supervising staff, and collaborating with caregivers to ensure high-quality, effective behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments within assigned timelines
  • Develop individualized, medically necessary, data-driven treatment plans
  • Establish acquisition, reduction, caregiver, discharge, and transition goals
  • Partner with caregivers to explain treatment recommendations
  • Maintain ongoing clinical oversight for assigned clients
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide feedback to Behavior Interventionists and ACS staff
  • Monitor data integrity and ensure treatment fidelity
  • Maintain documentation and productivity standards (100 billable hours/month)
  • Drive utilization and outcome optimization
  • Participate in quality improvement and calibration initiatives

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of ABA assessment experience
  • Strong clinical writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work with diverse families in community-based settings
  • Valid professional liability insurance and required clearances

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of ABA assessment experience
