Clinic RN - Urology

About This Role

Provide professional nursing care within a urology clinic, delivering primary and specialty healthcare services in collaboration with the healthcare team, adhering to Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Centers policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care as directed by the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Centers policies, procedures, and protocols
• Provide primary and specialty health care services in collaboration with other members of the health care team
• Integrate the nursing roles of clinical, teaching, consulting, care coordination/case management, and leadership
• Utilize a systematic approach to nursing practice, incorporating the principles of Nursing Process when delivering care

Requirements

• Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• 1 year of recent RN experience in a patient care setting or clinical commensurate

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent RN experience in a patient care setting or clinical commensurate

Nice to Have

• 2 years of recent RN experience in a patient care setting in area(s) of responsibility
• Recent prior experience in a hospital and out-patient setting
• Recent prior experience with phone triage
