This role involves assisting clients with complex medical conditions, particularly cancer diagnoses, by navigating healthcare systems and ensuring they receive optimal care. The Client Services Coordinator collaborates with clinicians and researchers to provide personalized support and facilitate all aspects of client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Proactively support and assess clients’ care needs through direct communication, ensuring personalized and timely assistance
- Collaborate closely with clinicians and researchers as a vital member of the client's care team
- Leverage organizational resources to deliver optimal care solutions for clients
- Initiate client engagements, from welcome emails to seamless registration completion
- Facilitate scheduling and billing support by collaborating with physician offices and coordinating services
- Take ownership of all details related to client meetings, ensuring comprehensive follow-up and completion of action items
- Partner with researchers to assess clinical trial eligibility and enrollment processes
Requirements
- 1+ year of professional care coordination experience in a complex environment
- Concierge level customer service with an unflappable professional presence
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highest standards of ethics and personal integrity, with demonstrated discretion for handling confidential information
- High versatility and ability to thrive in a multitasking, fast-paced role
- Positive, energetic, client-focused, can-do orientation
- Highly technologically adept
Qualifications
- College graduate strongly preferred (BA or BS)
- 1+ year of professional care coordination experience in a complex environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with cancer care coordination
