Client Services Coordinator

About This Role

This role involves providing superior customer service to assigned clients, coordinating requests, performing data entry, and supporting process improvement projects within a food chemistry testing laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with CFS Commercial team and CFS Operations team to provide superior customer service to an assigned set of clients
• Provide information for clients regarding pricing, capabilities, status, and sample submission
• Submit and coordinate client requests for re-testing, additional testing, OOS investigations, and necessary changes
• Perform data entry into NIMS, SFDC, CMS, and other relevant databases
• Coordinate conference calls with clients and other areas of CFS
• Coordinate client visits as needed
• Contribute to assigned process improvement projects and support implementation

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact
• Excellent MS Office experience (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize
• Demonstrated teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work to many deadlines at one time
• Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with internal and external clients
• Positive attitude and sense of urgency

Qualifications

• Bachelors in a scientific, business or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 1+ years of related experience (Food Science or Customer Service) preferred
