The Client Service Manager will take a leadership role in the renewal process to deliver solutions to clients, secure existing business, and drive additional sales. This role involves mentoring team members and ensuring compliance while maintaining client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Take a leadership role in the renewal process to ensure the best possible solutions are delivered to clients in high quality and timely manner
- Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage
- Nurture relationships with your buyer in the client organization as well as with the day-to-day client representatives
- Guide team members in addressing a client's risk management needs through consultative conversations
- Mentor Client Service team members through continuous learning, transparent feedback, and strong talent development
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met
- Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents within Gallagher systems
- Use Gallagher's technology to improve productivity and quality
Requirements
- 3+ years Client service and/or claims management experience (with Bachelor's degree)
- 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience (with High School degree/GED)
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or High School degree/GED
- Minimum of 3+ years Client service and/or claims management experience with a Bachelor's degree OR minimum 8+ years with a High School degree/GED.
Nice to Have
- Reverse Flow/ Multinational Commercial Lines coverage experience
