The Client Relationship Coordinator at Alera Group will be responsible for generating qualified appointments for Financial Advisors, supporting marketing events, and maintaining accurate CRM data to drive client conversion.
Responsibilities
- Generate and schedule qualified appointments for Financial Advisors through outbound calling, prospect qualification, marketing initiatives, and consistent follow-up
- Support marketing events and seminars, including evening workshops, on-site appointment booking, and proactive outreach to maximize conversion from prospects to clients
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline management, working independently to meet scheduling, conversion, and departmental goals
Requirements
- Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-through skills
- Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or a related client acquisition role
- Organizational and process management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple prospects through the full conversion lifecycle and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work occasional evenings
Qualifications
- four-year college degree
