About This Role

The Client Relationship Coordinator at Alera Group will be responsible for generating qualified appointments for Financial Advisors, supporting marketing events, and maintaining accurate CRM data to drive client conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and schedule qualified appointments for Financial Advisors through outbound calling, prospect qualification, marketing initiatives, and consistent follow-up
  • Support marketing events and seminars, including evening workshops, on-site appointment booking, and proactive outreach to maximize conversion from prospects to clients
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline management, working independently to meet scheduling, conversion, and departmental goals

Requirements

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-through skills
  • Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or a related client acquisition role
  • Organizational and process management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects through the full conversion lifecycle and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings

Qualifications

  • four-year college degree

Nice to Have

  • Financial services experience preferred
  • Salesforce experience preferred
