About This Role

As a Client Manager, you will build and maintain long-term client relationships and lead front-line security employees. This role involves driving operational efficiency and ensuring world-class service delivery by managing financial metrics and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, develop, and retain front-line staff for small to medium-sized clients
  • Monitor and analyze financial and operational metrics using AI technology and business intelligence platforms
  • Drive operational efficiency by optimizing employee schedules and minimizing non-billed overtime
  • Oversee and maintain client performance metrics including budget management, accounts receivable, and overall account health
  • Build and maintain client relationships by addressing security needs, reducing risks, and managing crises
  • Implement effective corrective action plans and develop protocols, training, and response strategies
  • Deliver high-quality service while maintaining industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Establish a culture of safety by developing action plans to prevent work-related injuries

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business, or a related field with 2+ years of professional experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization OR Associate's degree in criminal justice, business, or a related field with 3+ years of professional experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization OR High School diploma with 5+ years of professional experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience driving operational goals
  • Skilled in managing a large and dispersed team that fosters teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and achieving desired results
  • Ability to maintain a profitable book of business by cross-collaborating and utilizing results-oriented problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and service deliverables
  • Ability to interpret financial data and use it to support decision-making; understanding of financial principles, including budgeting and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects efficiently
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business, or a related field; OR Associate's degree in criminal justice, business, or a related field; OR High School diploma
  • Minimum of two (2) years of professional-level experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization (with Bachelor's degree and 2 years exp OR Associate's degree and 3 years exp OR High School diploma and 5 years exp)

Nice to Have

  • Law enforcement, military and/or contract or proprietary security services experience
  • Experience managing a dispersed workforce in a multi-location operation
  • Experience with (BI) Business Intelligence tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentations
