Class A Delivery Driver

About This Role

Standard Beverage is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Class A Delivery Driver to distribute products to retail stores and restaurants. This role involves physical work with a 4-day work week and opportunities to interact with sales and merchandising teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive heavy "straight" truck, PUP, or automobile over established routes
• Pad, stack, and secure items on the truck to prevent damage
• Load and unload vehicles by hand or using equipment like hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Rotate stock, lift, and stack products inside customer premises
• Help maintain or merchandise displays, shelves, and cold-boxes
• Provide excellent daily customer service
• Collect proper payment for invoices at the time of delivery
• Record damages, changes, and discrepancies on invoices
• Meet or exceed all productivity standards
• Interact with sales and merchandising teams
• Collect and return empty boxes for product repackaging
• Drive in a safe and lawful manner, maintaining an acceptable driving record
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on truck and trailer

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Medical Examiner's Certificate as required by DOT
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
