Warehouse Associate, Night Shift

About This Role

This role involves accurately picking orders, operating warehouse equipment like forklifts and electric pallet jacks, and ensuring efficient product movement for a beverage distribution company.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick orders on pick lines using printed pick labels, RF guns, or voice command software
• Place individual cases onto conveyor lines while maintaining product quality
• Operate a forklift or cherry picker to pull product
• Operate a forklift to replenish picking locations and move product throughout the warehouse
• Load product securely onto trailers by floor stacking cases and pallets
• Utilize electric pallet jack to load pallets on trailers
• Cross-train and work with other departments as necessary
• Meet all productivity requirements
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
• Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to all safety standards
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitation tasks

Requirements

• Ability to report for all assigned shifts
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk continuously for 8-10 hours
• Ability to perform tasks efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate and interact well with coworkers and managers
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Employment contingent upon pre-employment drug screening and background check

Qualifications

• Past warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
