About This Role

Implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy for children with autism, working one-on-one to teach new skills and modify behaviors under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This role offers paid training and a chance to make a lasting impact on children's lives.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with autism
  • Work 1:1 with a child performing ABA therapy, following guidance in the behavior treatment plan and under the direction of a supervising clinician
  • Encourage, support, and challenge children to reach new milestones by teaching new skill acquisition and behavior modification
  • Ensure all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and documentation accurately supports the services rendered
  • Update working availability in the EMR platform and communicate availability changes with their Client Advocate
  • Communicate regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor as it relates to assigned client(s)
  • Comply with and follow the BACB code of ethics as it relates to service delivery and professionalism

Requirements

  • 18 years old
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors
  • Minimum 1 year working with children
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB
