Implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy for children with autism, working one-on-one to teach new skills and modify behaviors under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This role offers paid training and a chance to make a lasting impact on children's lives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with autism
- Work 1:1 with a child performing ABA therapy, following guidance in the behavior treatment plan and under the direction of a supervising clinician
- Encourage, support, and challenge children to reach new milestones by teaching new skill acquisition and behavior modification
- Ensure all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and documentation accurately supports the services rendered
- Update working availability in the EMR platform and communicate availability changes with their Client Advocate
- Communicate regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor as it relates to assigned client(s)
- Comply with and follow the BACB code of ethics as it relates to service delivery and professionalism
Requirements
- 18 years old
- HS Diploma or GED
- Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors
- Minimum 1 year working with children
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB
