About This Role

This role is for Founders and Early Operators to document and review data systems they've built or managed at mid-size startups (20–150 people). It involves documenting architectural decisions and reviewing how operational data supports business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Help us document and review data systems built or managed at mid-size startups
• Document architectural decisions of previously built systems
• Review how operational data supports business decision-making

Requirements

• Experienced Founders, CEOs, or Ex-Founders who have built or managed non-trivial internal systems
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment (20–150 people)
• Ability to commit to a short-term, clearly scoped research engagement

Qualifications

• Firsthand experience building, overseeing, or scaling internal data and reporting systems in startup environments
