Chief of Staff to the CPTO

About This Role

This Chief of Staff role will serve as a senior product leader and executive partner to the CPTO, focusing on making the Product & Technology organization faster, clearer, and more impactful. The individual will shape decisions, manage the product operating system, and ensure strategy translates into outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Increase the quality and speed of decisions across the Product and Technology organization
• Anticipate and identify decisions before they escalate to the CPTO
• Ensure clear framing with options, recommendations, and risks for decisions
• Maintain and communicate a clear and coherent narrative for strategy, priorities, and tradeoffs
• Actively seek out divergence, unaired disagreement, or shadow priorities, and surface them for intervention
• Establish and evolve forums to articulate progress, risks, and required decisions
• Ensure a decision → action → outcome path is always established and followed
• Shape narratives and artifacts communicating the organization's trajectory, technical bets, and strategic tradeoffs
• Personally own and address hard cross-organizational problems

Qualifications

• Experience as a strategic force multiplier for an executive (Chief of Staff or senior product leader)
