Chief Financial Officer

About This Role

This role is for a highly motivated Virtual Chief Financial Officer with expertise in growing businesses. The Virtual CFO will develop strategic growth plans, improve systems and accounting processes, and oversee all aspects of finance for fast-growing clients, ensuring their financial success.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, evaluate, and direct client's fiscal function and performance
• Participate in the development of the client’s organization’s plans
• Evaluate and advise on the impact of decisions, new products, and ventures
• Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and financial trends to CEO and Board
• Enhance and enforce policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop solutions to challenges
• Optimize Treasury functions
• Develop reliable cash flow projection processes and forecasting models
• Analyze, advise and execute on contracts
• Evaluate finance and accounting structure and plan for continuous improvement
• Manage accounting personnel (A/R Specialist, Bookkeeper, Payroll)
• Oversee Human Resources Department, if needed
• Participate and oversee capital raising to fund growth, if needed
• Maintain banking relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years experience
• Strong communication skills and leadership abilities
• Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills

• Ability to quickly adapt to differing client requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years experience
