About This Role

This Chief Financial Officer role will lead the financial function of a private equity-backed healthcare company, playing a key role in scaling the business and professionalizing operations for growth. The CFO will partner with the private equity sponsor and executive team to shape the company's strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the Company’s financial function
• Become a key member of the executive team
• Help aggressively scale the business
• Partner with the sponsor and executive team to professionalize and grow the business
• Work at a strategic level as a partner to the Board, CEO, operations and other key executives
• Help shape the direction of the Company

Requirements

• Currently reside in the greater Columbus area or within a daily commutable distance
• Extensive experience as CFO or senior financial leader in a lower-middle market, growth-oriented, multi-site company
• Proven track record working in a growth oriented company, professionalizing it to support growth
• Experience leading M&A efforts, specifically on the integration side
• Experience working at a strategic level as a partner to the Board, CEO, operations and other key executives
• Strong interpersonal, team building, and strategically focused leadership skills

Qualifications

• MBA is required
• Extensive experience as CFO or a senior financial leader within a lower-middle market size and growth oriented multi-site company; minimum of three years of public accounting experience is highly desirable.
