About This Role

Lead the financial operations, enhance profitability, and support long-term growth and operational excellence for a large Anheuser-Busch distributor as part of the Executive Team. This role requires a disciplined, hands-on financial leader with strong strategic insight and operational precision.

Responsibilities

Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Drive operating income/EBITDA improvement through margin analysis, cost controls, and efficiency initiatives
Oversee accounting, reporting, payroll, cash management, and GAAP compliance
Manage banking relationships, capital structure, and financial risk
Evaluate acquisition opportunities, including modeling and due diligence
Establish and maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance
Lead and develop the finance/accounting team
Partner closely with CEO, GM, and VP of Operations as a member of the Executive Team
