Lead the financial operations, enhance profitability, and support long-term growth and operational excellence for a large Anheuser-Busch distributor as part of the Executive Team. This role requires a disciplined, hands-on financial leader with strong strategic insight and operational precision.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Drive operating income/EBITDA improvement through margin analysis, cost controls, and efficiency initiatives
- Oversee accounting, reporting, payroll, cash management, and GAAP compliance
- Manage banking relationships, capital structure, and financial risk
- Evaluate acquisition opportunities, including modeling and due diligence
- Establish and maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead and develop the finance/accounting team
- Partner closely with CEO, GM, and VP of Operations as a member of the Executive Team
