Provide compassionate in-home care services to seniors in the North Hudson area of New Jersey, assisting with daily living activities, companionship, and light household tasks to enable them to live independently at home.
Responsibilities
- Offer companionship and meaningful conversation
- Support daily living activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
- Assist with walking, mobility, and transfers
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands
- Communicate client updates with the care team
Requirements
- Active NJ CHHA license
- Current TB test
- High school diploma or GED
- Cleared background check
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Nice to Have
- CPR certification
- Reliable transportation (car not required)
