Manage the culinary and food service operations for Delta's Atlanta Reservations Cafe, focusing on inventory, ordering, receiving, and P&L accountability. Develop menus with a passion for sustainability and local food products.
Responsibilities
- Manage full culinary aspects of food service operations, including inventory, ordering, and receiving for Delta Atlanta Reservations Cafe
- Oversee P&L accountability
- Develop menus and control costs, focusing on local and sustainable products
- Ensure quality, production, sanitation, and food cost controls
- Lead and mentor culinary team
Requirements
- Working knowledge of HACCP
- 3+ years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control
- Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
- Experience with exposition cooking
Qualifications
- 3+ years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience
