Join Ridgmar Medical Lodge as a Charge Nurse on the night shift, providing world-class care to residents and assisting the Director of Nursing. This role involves conferring with physicians, evaluating residents, and performing administrative duties, all while supporting your team's professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Confer with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you
• Consult with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services
• Help team members grow their careers
• Examine residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings
• Perform administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting

Requirements

• Current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
