CFO

About This Role

This is a rare opportunity to step into a true operator-level CFO role within a high-growth enterprise technology company. The CFO will partner directly with the CEO, own the finance function end to end, and build the infrastructure needed to scale a sophisticated business with a lean team.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the CEO as a core executive team member
• Own financial strategy, forecasting, and board level reporting
• Lead full finance and accounting operations including close, reporting, cash, tax, and audit
• Own revenue recognition and financial treatment across hardware, SaaS/subscription, and services (ASC 606)
• Support enterprise deal structuring including pricing, margin analysis, and contract review
• Build and maintain strong internal controls and audit ready processes for regulated enterprise customers
• Own and scale financial systems (ERP, billing, reporting) and drive automation
• Build and mentor a lean high performing finance team

Requirements

• 10-12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• CFO, Head of Finance, or comparable senior finance leadership experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge with deep experience in ASC 606
• Proven ability to operate hands on in a scaling environment
