About This Role

Develop scalable software solutions for a financial technology client, focusing on simplicity, security, and user-centric design. This role involves developing innovative features and enhancing existing products to meet the evolving needs of regional clientele.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions adhering to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user-centric features
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to software development standards
• Identify and address technical debt and inefficiencies in existing systems through refactoring and optimization
• Contribute to architectural decisions and strategic initiatives to continuously improve the technology stack and development processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in software development using modern programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
• Strong understanding of web development frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Django)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, as well as proficiency in SQL queries
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
