About This Role

This role allows Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to build their own schedules by bidding on per diem shifts at various healthcare facilities. The position offers control over work hours, locations, and pay rates to achieve a better work/life balance and earn additional income.

Responsibilities

Prepare rooms for admissions
Assist patients with activities of daily living
Document a patient's health issues/vital signs and report to the Nurse on Duty
Assist nursing teams to ensure the highest quality of care is provided

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid CNA license in the state of Connecticut
