Responsibilities

• Provide basic care to patients
• Assist patients in their daily activities
• Watch for changes in patients and quickly report them to nurses
• Collect and record information vital to patients' conditions and treatment

Requirements

• Certified in the State of Indiana as a CNA
• Successfully completed the Basic Aide Training Course
• Able to read, write, and perform simple mathematics
• Satisfactorily pass the physical examination for employment
