About This Role

Join Park Nursing Home as a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality, patient-centered care, assisting residents with daily living activities and supporting the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents
• Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions
• Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate
• Graduated from a CNA training program
• Successfully completed or in the process of scheduling/taking the state CNA exam
• A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
