About This Role

Assist patients and residents with daily living activities to ensure high-quality care and service in a supportive long-term care environment. Collaborate with nurses to recognize individual patient needs and rights.

Responsibilities

Work alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse
Directly impact patients'/residents' quality of life by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs)
Ensure patients/residents and their families receive the highest quality of service
Provide care in a caring and compassionate atmosphere
Recognize individual patients'/residents' needs and rights

Requirements

Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
