Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

About This Role

Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients, delivering direct care such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting. This role contributes to the continued growth and commitment to quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards
• Deliver direct care to patients including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting as directed
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.

Requirements

• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed as a CNA in applicable State
• Maintain active CNA license in good standing throughout employment
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation and remain current

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
