About This Role

Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), delivering direct care tasks such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting. This role is crucial in supporting patient well-being and contributing to the interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients
• Deliver direct patient care, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates and vendors

Requirements

• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed as a CNA in applicable State
• Active CNA license in good standing throughout employment
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation and maintain current

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
