About This Role

Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients, delivering direct care such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting. This role is crucial for supporting patient well-being and contributing to an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards
• Deliver direct care to patients including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates and vendors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed as a CNA in applicable State
• Active CNA license in good standing throughout employment
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation, which must remain current

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

• One (1) year skilled nursing experience
