About This Role

Join Grandview Nursing & Rehabilitation as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality patient care and support the well-being of residents in a warm, family-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Assist with transferring patients, using proper lifting techniques and equipment
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements

Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
