Join A Plus Health Care, part of Addus HomeCare, as a Certified Nurse Aide to provide care in various settings including assisted living, memory care, nursing homes, and in-home care. This role involves assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), charting, and executing care plans, offering flexible hours and opportunities to learn new skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Perform charting duties
- Execute plan of cares
- Provide care in long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and one-to-one settings
Requirements
- Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist
- Ability to provide proof of current immunizations (to include current TB test, Hep B)
- Reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
