Join a leading oncology practice in Midland, TX, as a Certified Medical Physicist. This role involves delivering high-quality radiation therapy using advanced equipment to help cancer patients achieve better outcomes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Medical physics from an accredited college or university
- Graduate from a CAMPEP accredited residency program
- ABR board certification (or equivalent)
- Full Texas licensure
- HDR planning and treatment experience
- The ability to be added to the RAM license
- Experience with SRS, SBRT, and HDR
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Medical physics from an accredited college or university
Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of Varian linear accelerators
- Working knowledge of Elekta/Nucletron microselectron HDR afterloader and Oncentra TPS
- Working knowledge of Eclipse TPS
- Working knowledge of ARIA and MOSAIQ Record and Verify system
- Working knowledge of HDR, SBRT and SRS procedures
- Working knowledge of Radiation Safety Officer duties for both x-ray registration and RAM licenses
