Carvel Route Sales Representative, Relief

About This Role

This role is responsible for the direct store delivery of quality Carvel products to supermarket accounts, focusing on sales, credit volume, customer service, and in-store merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Execute direct store delivery of quality products to supermarket accounts
• Sell and deliver Carvel & Rich’s complete line of high-quality frozen goods to existing and new accounts
• Drive a Carvel Truck following safety protocols
• Manage sales and credit volume
• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform in-store merchandising execution
• Manage route start times as early as 3am and average 10-12 stops per day
• Work Saturdays during peak season

Requirements

• Minimally 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to climb in and out of a truck
• Ability to carry goods up to 50 pounds
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to obtain a CDL-B license

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent

Nice to Have

• CDL-B permit prior to start
• Previous DSD experience
