Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and mobility
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care
- Assist with medication administration
- Recognize individual resident needs and encourage independence
- Treat each resident with respect and dignity
Nice to Have
- Experience in an assisted living community
- Strong interest in healthcare
- Positive, compassionate attitude
- Strong customer service and communication skills
