The Care Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role in Jackson, TN, responsible for supervising clients to ensure program compliance, monitoring facility safety and security, and documenting client behaviors, all while maintaining a supportive environment for individuals in addiction recovery.
Responsibilities
- Supervise clients to ensure compliance with program rules
- Monitor safety and security of the facility
- Document client behaviors and activities
- Report any concerns to appropriate personnel
- Assist in maintaining a supportive and structured environment for clients
- Perform light clerical tasks as needed
- Communicate with staff to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- Ability to monitor, oversee, and support client compliance with established rules and guidelines
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic clerical or computer skills
- Understanding of addiction recovery support
- Willingness to work in a substance abuse treatment environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a related field
