About This Role

The Care Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role in Jackson, TN, responsible for supervising clients to ensure program compliance, monitoring facility safety and security, and documenting client behaviors, all while maintaining a supportive environment for individuals in addiction recovery.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise clients to ensure compliance with program rules
  • Monitor safety and security of the facility
  • Document client behaviors and activities
  • Report any concerns to appropriate personnel
  • Assist in maintaining a supportive and structured environment for clients
  • Perform light clerical tasks as needed
  • Communicate with staff to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • Ability to monitor, oversee, and support client compliance with established rules and guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic clerical or computer skills
  • Understanding of addiction recovery support
  • Willingness to work in a substance abuse treatment environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a related field

Certifications

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) (Required)
