Prepare and decorate cakes for various occasions and maintain the cake case throughout the shift at a multi-billion dollar retail company. Manage inventory, processing orders, and sanitation procedures for cake decorating.
Responsibilities
- Manage cake out-dates daily
- Receive and process cake orders
- Manage cake and icing inventory
- Manage cake decorating station to include preparing icings and following all sanitation procedures
- Maintain a positive, friendly working relationship with customers, team members and leadership
- Stock and maintain product and product displays according to quality and merchandising standards
- Potentially work in deli and bakery areas
