Serve as the forefront of customer service and hospitality in the Café, assisting guests with orders and maintaining a clean, safe environment while embodying the Erewhon brand.
Responsibilities
- Exhibit strong communication skills and communicate effectively with customers and the café team
- Demonstrate natural leadership skills and an optimistic attitude
- Provide prompt and courteous services to guests in the Café
- Prepare food according to quality and food safety standards
- Maintain a safe, clean & sanitized work area that is appealing to guests
- Engage with guests and prepare their orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Work as a team player
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be 18 years of age or able to provide a work permit
- Full understanding and knowledge of the Erewhon brand and overall Café menu
Qualifications
- Customer Service, retail or food service experience preferred
