Café Food Service Associate

About This Role

Serve as the forefront of customer service and hospitality in the Café, assisting guests with orders and maintaining a clean, safe environment while embodying the Erewhon brand.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit strong communication skills and communicate effectively with customers and the café team
• Demonstrate natural leadership skills and an optimistic attitude
• Provide prompt and courteous services to guests in the Café
• Prepare food according to quality and food safety standards
• Maintain a safe, clean & sanitized work area that is appealing to guests
• Engage with guests and prepare their orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Work as a team player

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be 18 years of age or able to provide a work permit
• Full understanding and knowledge of the Erewhon brand and overall Café menu

Qualifications

• Customer Service, retail or food service experience preferred
