Valet Attendant

About This Role

The Valet Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, coordinating guest traffic, and safely handling customer vehicles at Erewhon retail locations. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment and assisting customers with purchases.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and responsive customer service to patrons, staff, and leadership
• Coordinate guest traffic at retail locations
• Drive/handle customer vehicles with the highest level of attention
• Assist customers with loading/unloading of purchased items
• Comply with company rules, policies, and standard operating procedures
• Work during high business periods with a flexible schedule

Requirements

• Valid California Driver's License with no tickets or accidents within the last 3 years
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Willingness to submit to a drug screen and background check
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission
• Professional demeanor and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand/walk/drive consistently throughout the work shift
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions well
