Provide high-quality virtual therapy to college students using evidence-based interventions as an independently licensed 1099 therapist. Collaborate with campus providers and administrative teams to ensure comprehensive care and maintain precise clinical records.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, meaningful virtual therapy using evidence-based interventions
- Utilize advanced collaboration portal to connect with students
- Work closely with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and peers to ensure cohesive care
- Maintain timely and precise records of all clinical interactions
- Partner with administrative support team to enhance overall student care
- Collaborate with leadership during critical patient scenarios
- Become an expert in the unique care model to support college students and refine therapeutic skills
Requirements
- Active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) in CA
- Ability to conduct thorough biopsychosocial intakes with clear diagnostic assessments
- Skillfully combine conceptual insights with appropriate treatment plans
- Adept at treating a diverse cohort of students with respect and understanding
- Identify and manage escalating risk scenarios effectively
- Equipped with a laptop/desktop computer with quality video camera and a stable internet connection
