About This Role

Provide high-quality virtual therapy to college students using evidence-based interventions as an independently licensed 1099 therapist. Collaborate with campus providers and administrative teams to ensure comprehensive care and maintain precise clinical records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, meaningful virtual therapy using evidence-based interventions
• Utilize advanced collaboration portal to connect with students
• Work closely with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and peers to ensure cohesive care
• Maintain timely and precise records of all clinical interactions
• Partner with administrative support team to enhance overall student care
• Collaborate with leadership during critical patient scenarios
• Become an expert in the unique care model to support college students and refine therapeutic skills

Requirements

• Active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) in CA
• Ability to conduct thorough biopsychosocial intakes with clear diagnostic assessments
• Skillfully combine conceptual insights with appropriate treatment plans
• Adept at treating a diverse cohort of students with respect and understanding
• Identify and manage escalating risk scenarios effectively
• Equipped with a laptop/desktop computer with quality video camera and a stable internet connection
