Busser/Runner/Expo

About This Role

The Busser/Runner/Expo creates a welcoming dining environment by maintaining cleanliness, setting tables efficiently, and promptly delivering food and drinks to guests. This role ensures guest satisfaction through attentive service and light housekeeping duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the dining room is clean, free from trash and debris
• Properly set up tables for guests
• Deliver food and drinks promptly to guests
• Assist in clearing tables quickly between seatings
• Refill beverages for guests
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as sweeping floors
• Stock glassware and ice
• Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked and orderly

Requirements

• Ability to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Continuous use of hands and arms
• Continuous bending, reaching and twisting

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as a Busser in a full-service restaurant preferred
