About This Role

This role involves driving new business and fostering existing account growth through expert sales skills, time management, and customer relations, focusing on innovative technology solutions for businesses. The Account Manager will consult with customers to solve their business challenges and contribute to revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and qualify leads within a sales territory through cold-calling, partner-selling, lead-generation campaigns, and social selling techniques
  • Drive new business and achieve incremental revenue to meet sales targets
  • Retain, manage, and grow the existing customer base
  • Coordinate with support partners to educate customers on leveraging innovative business solutions
  • Proactively establish, build, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Effectively present and create multi-product solution opportunities
  • Confidently demonstrate knowledge of wireless, mobility products, and integrated software solutions including Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP, and Google platforms
  • Track and report sales progress using sales force automation tools

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant work or military experience
  • Experience in outside sales, prospecting, and negotiation
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned geographic sales territory

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Four or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work and/or military experience

Nice to Have

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or certifications/college courses
  • 2+ years of business-to-business or outside sales experience, including business acquisition and prospecting/cold calling
  • Technology sales and educational experience (SaaS, CRM, Salesforce)
  • Strong presentation skills (face-to-face and virtual)
  • Experience in building and maintaining business relationships with all levels of client organizations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to implement feedback
