This role is for a Business Operations Associate at a fast-growing fintech company to drive business and economic decision-making. You will own decision support for key product areas and work cross-functionally to increase decision velocity.
Responsibilities
- Own business and economic decision support for key product areas
- Bring economic rigor to spend, pricing, and monetization decisions
- Increase decision velocity through end-to-end analysis and cross-functional alignment
Requirements
- Operator mindset (think in tradeoffs, sequencing, and role-specific constraints)
- Comfort operating autonomously, turning ambiguity into structured decisions without hand-holding
- Credibility as a cross-functional partner with Product, Data, and Finance
- Clear, concise written communication, producing high-signal decision memos
- Advanced Excel
- Advanced SQL
- 4+ years of experience
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience, ideally 2+ years in management consulting plus 2+ years at a startup
