Drive profitable growth for Niagara Bottling by developing and executing commercial strategies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and brand alignment while managing demand planning, contract adherence, and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Embrace strong customer advocacy while balancing fiduciary responsibility to Niagara
- Serve as a primary customer-facing representative for all commercial contracts, ensuring adherence to the operating model and contractual KPIs
- Achieve annual sales performance goals across the full scope of customer accounts
- Manage engagement and communication with customers regarding key business execution issues
- Evolve and execute brand-specific commercial strategies in collaboration with the NAM/KAM
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of customer onboarding
- Collaborate with stakeholders on forward-looking demand planning activities
- Oversee contract adherence, performance metrics, and SLA-related items and associated communications
- Partner with Finance to address invoicing, fines/fees, and payment-related issues and manage resolution with the customer
- Oversee the preparation and execution of all customer QBRs
Requirements
- 6 years experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) environment
- 6 years experience in a similar position
- 6 years experience managing people/projects
- Demonstrated success with cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to lead and drive results from a position of influence
- Effective motivation, collaboration and coaching within teams and across peer and leadership groups
- Prioritization and execution in pressurized environments, ensuring project milestones are met
- Experience in customer/vendor contract management and other fundamental management skillsets
- Management of multiple projects simultaneously and adaptation to rapid changes
- Performance in leading complex initiatives and programs
- Drive for continuous process improvement, challenging the status quo
- Self-driven professionalism with productivity, efficiency and creativity
- Adaptability to changing business requirements and priorities
- Experience with change management
- Strategic and creative thinking abilities
- Synthesizing qualitative updates into clear and concise reports
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Projects, etc)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Management Science, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in the consumer-packaged goods environment, 6+ years in position, and 6+ years managing people/projects
Nice to Have
- 10+ years experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) environment
- 10+ years experience in a similar position
- 10+ years experience managing people/projects
- Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Management Science, or related field
