This Business Development Executive role at Avanade focuses on identifying, developing, and closing new business deals within a complex consulting environment, particularly for digital transformation and cloud implementation services to enterprise clients. The individual will be responsible for leading sales cycles, building a growth pipeline, and forming strong relationships with clients and partners.
Responsibilities
- Identify high potential transformation deals and lead entire sales cycles
- Drive new and incremental revenue by prospecting, acquiring, and developing new business with direct clients
- Work closely with partners to drive new business
- Build a pipeline for growth and closing business, including statements of work and contracts
- Interact with Avanade's new and current clients, gain referrals, and form strong trust relationships
- Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions, competing offerings, and service penetration
Requirements
- Experience in net new sales, selling digital transformation and consulting services (e.g., cloud implementation, business applications integration)
- Experience selling to enterprise clients
