About This Role

As a Branch Operations Lead at Chase, you will be crucial in ensuring that clients' financial transactions are handled with precision and care, while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and team to create a welcoming atmosphere and provide exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch.
• Greet clients warmly, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear, polite communication to understand their needs and check them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, and resolve client issues effectively.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and simplify their banking experience by sharing self-service options.
• Work closely with the Branch Manager to support all aspects of branch operations, including maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits.

Requirements

• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
• Keen eye for detail and organizational skills
• Leadership skills and operational proficiency, ensuring transaction accuracy
• Passion for educating the branch team and partners
• Ability to build meaningful connections and engage with clients
• 1+ years of retail banking experience
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings

Qualifications

• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• 1+ years of retail banking experience

Nice to Have

• 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience
• College degree or military equivalent
