About This Role

As a Branch Operations Lead, ensure precise and careful handling of financial transactions, introduce self-service options to clients, and uphold policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients warmly, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand and help them effectively, anticipating their needs.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like cash vaults and ATMs, and resolve client issues quickly and effectively.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Simplify clients' banking experience by sharing self-service options.
• Work closely with the Branch Manager to support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail banking experience
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
• Strong adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
• Keen eye for detail and organizational skills
• Leadership skills and operational proficiency
• Passion for educating the branch team and partners
• Ability to build meaningful connections and engage with clients

Qualifications

• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• 1+ years of retail banking experience

Nice to Have

• 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience
• College degree or military equivalent
