As a Branch Operations Lead, ensure precise handling of client financial transactions, adhere to policies, and foster a welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will ensure high operational standards and an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere
• Greet clients warmly, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings
• Engage clients with clear, polite communication to understand and assist them effectively
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM
• Resolve client issues quickly and effectively, adhering to bank policies and procedures
• Introduce clients to the branch team for seamless service and specialized financial needs
• Simplify clients' banking experience by sharing self-service options
• Work closely with the Branch Manager to support all aspects of branch operations, loss control, compliance, and audits

Requirements

• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
• Keen eye for detail and organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks effectively
• Leadership skills and operational proficiency, ensuring transaction accuracy
• Passion for educating the branch team and partners
• Excel at building meaningful connections and engaging with clients
• 1+ years of retail banking experience
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings

Qualifications

• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• 1+ years of retail banking experience

Nice to Have

• 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience
• College degree or military equivalent
