Branch Manager

About This Role

Lead, manage, and develop a diverse team in a branch network, fostering engagement and accountability for business outcomes. Drive enhanced customer experience and growth through a defined customer engagement process while ensuring operational excellence and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, and build a high-performing team to execute business strategies and achieve results
• Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding customer experience, employee experience, risk, and business growth
• Identify opportunities to make banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of digital options
• Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners to deliver a customer-centric experience
• Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
• Comply with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 for dwelling secured transactions

Requirements

• 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• SAFE registration at the time of employment

• 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, plus 2+ years of leadership experience

• Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, partners, and community
• Extensive experience in identifying complex financial needs and providing relevant options
• Ability to lead a team to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology and digital banking
• Knowledge and understanding of banking industry laws, regulations, compliance, risk management, and loss prevention
• Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
• Relevant military experience
