About This Role

Lead and manage all aspects of a Chase branch, focusing on growing deposits and investments, overseeing operations, and coaching the team for success. The role involves delivering exceptional client experiences, building lasting relationships, and promoting the company's brand and culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying company culture and values
• Achieve branch goals by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to grow deposits and investments
• Prioritize understanding and meeting client needs to build lasting relationships and trust
• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to maintain sharp skills
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence and community engagement
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, integrity, and adherence to policies

Qualifications

• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience

Nice to Have

• College degree or military equivalent
