Lead and manage all aspects of a Chase branch, focusing on growing deposits and investments, overseeing operations, and coaching the team for success. Create a welcoming environment and build lasting client relationships by delivering banking solutions and financial technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the branch team by embodying company culture and values
- Achieve branch goals by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to grow deposits and investments
- Prioritize understanding and meeting client needs to build lasting relationships and trust
- Cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes
- Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team
- Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence and community engagement
- Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment and following policies
Requirements
- Passion for creating exceptional client experiences and setting branch tone
- Outstanding leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching and empowering employees
- Ability to organize and manage competing priorities in the branch
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with strong decision-making skills
- Experience creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment
- Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect team, partners, and clients with technology
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
