Box Office Cashier

About This Role

This role involves cash handling and ticket sales for a box office, ensuring efficient and pleasant customer service while adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform cash handling functions, confirming prices
• Assist customers with ticket and gift card purchases
• Operate a cash register and answer phones
• Ensure unauthorized persons do not operate assigned cash register and keep passwords confidential
• Ensure guests are waited on quickly, efficiently, and in a pleasant manner
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct/appearance at all times
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Exceptional customer service and communications skills (both written and verbal)
• A positive attitude and great personal drive
• A willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced retail sales environment
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays
